Angus Dawson

Angus Dawson is a producer/singer-songwriter from Perth, Australia.

His music is introspective and reflective. The songs are immensely personal by nature and set against ambient electronic production. Placed in between the honest, rawness of folk and the unique, uninhibited environment that electronic production allows for. Unmistakably textural, layered, ethereal and emotive.

His live show boasts a live band, and to date, he has supported the likes of Broods, Emma Louise, Vera Blue, Asta, Boo Seeka, Thelma Plum, Wafia and Japanese Wallpaper. He released his sophomore EP, Camouflage in late 2018 and has been featured across Indie Shuffle, Nest HQ, Majestic Casual, Hilly Dilly as well as Triple J, Unearthed and FBI Radio. Late 2018 and early 2019 saw Dawson set out on his Camouflage EP Tour, hitting Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. 2020 will see the anticipated arrival of his debut album.
